Pre-Order hair units will be marked as such.

The processing time for pre-orders is 7-14 days.

Exchange & Return Policy

Refunds are not permitted. In the rare event that our product has a fault, we will gladly fix the product or do an exchange if reported and returned to us within 7 days.
